Please have your deed with the Legal Description of the property to be surveyed when inquiring.
It depends. Each survey is unique in its own way. Once we examine your Legal Description, we will provide you with a cost to survey the property.
The client can usually choose from the following services:
- setting/locating property corners
- marking property line(s) between set corners
- a Certificate of Survey (survey drawing)
- or a combination of the above
Please have the property Legal Description when contacting us.
The best place to obtain the Legal Description is on a Deed which you can obtain at the Register of Deeds office at your county courthouse.
If your property has been surveyed before please include the survey drawing.
